At Bestwins, Marlon performs this important role, as the Document Controller. He is responsible for managing & tracking company documents, scanning, imaging, organizing and maintaining them in accordance with the firm’s document lifecycle procedures, so that the right kind of information is always available to the firm’s legal teams.

Marlon is meticulous and methodical, an expert time manager with strong interpersonal and communication skills. He has worked in a number of well-known organizations in the UAE, including the Beach Rotana Hotel & Tower, the Millennium Hotel Corniche and Mubadala & Cleveland Clinic, Abu Dhabi.

Marlon holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Philippines with more than 11 years of experience in UAE.
